If you live in Spartanburg County and do not have health insurance coverage and are not eligible for either Medicaid or Medicare, you might be eligible for the AccessHealth Spartanburg program.
Contact us today to start the process of determining your eligibility. After getting some basic information from you, we will work to get you an answer as soon as possible on your enrollment application. Even if you do not qualify for enrollment in the AccessHealth Spartanburg program, we often are able to connect you to other social services and assistance.

Spartanburg Rescue (Miracle Hill Ministries)
Emergency shelter that serves a multitude of people experiencing homelessness, including men, women and mothers with children. Housed in separate wings, individuals receive the basic needs of shelter, food and clothing along with counseling, educational opportunities and discipleship. In partnership with local volunteers from the medical and dental fields, a free on-site medical clinic provides services once a month for our guests and individuals from the community.

SC Coalition Against Domestic Violence & Sexual Assault – (SCCADVASA)
SCCADVASA is the statewide coalition of organizations providing intervention services to victims and survivors of domestic violence and sexual assault and Primary Prevention programs to students and communities across the state. This is also a safe space for men who are victims of domestic abuse.

Gap Assistance Pharmacy Program for Seniors (GAPS)
GAPS provides pharmacy assistance and it will assist with paying prescription bills for seniors. It will fill the gap for eligible seniors' Medicare prescription drug coverage when their drug costs reach the so called "donut hole." (888) 549-0820
